I have searched and cannot find, maybe its impossible....

is there a way to install a double or single din aftermarket radio in a G37?

 

Some shop did it, they installed it in a non-nav G. It was Autoshoppe if im not mistaken. Search them and i'm sure it'll come up. They replaced the whole screen and stuff; turned out cool.

I'd be interested in this too. I have a non-nav G and was considering putting a Kenwood in place of the screen... but I know there is a lot of integration with it (a/c and temperature displays for example) so I'm not certain it would work yet.
