Icc glitch?

Im not sure if this is a glitch or just how it is. When Im on the highway, in the left hand lane with senstivity on 2-3 bars on the icc, the car seems to pick up something (guardrails maybe?) and slows down as if there is a car in front of me. The sensor has been cleaned. This happen during the day, no rain and with the sun at my back. I never get the 'car' icon telling me there is an object in front of me when this happens.
Not really a big issue, but annoying at times. Anyone else get this?

I use it all the time and haven't had this issue. Is there any curve to the left in the road, even slightly? If you have it set to the longest following distance, it could be picking up the center barrier. If it does it on a perfectly straight road though when you aren't angled toward the barrier at all. Take it in and see if perhaps it's not aligned correctly.

I've noticed that when driving through construction zones with reflectors attached to the cement dividers, and I'm following a vehicle closely enough that I'm speed matching or atleast have the vehicle registering on the system, the car will pulsate the throttle ever so slightly as if it is seeing intermittent ghost targets closer than the vehicle ahead. I have to assume that low position of the reflectors are bouncing back more light than than the systems lower threshold was set to for perimeter objects. Either that, or the system was designed to use the increased reflectivity that a license plate has and that at higher speeds, traveling next to reflectors blends them together creating a larger reflective surface or psuedo license plate. I do know that it seems to register some vehicles father/better than others. Perhaps dirty plates/or plate position could cause this. The pulsing is a bit irritating though.

Anyone ever notice that when ICC is engaged that the vehicle sometimes slows around a curve even though there is absoultly nothing for the sensor to pick up ie:vehicles, wall, guard rail, roadkill...?

No problems with mine... I'd have the dealer check the alignment.

Yeah I've had this problm before as well. The laser needed to be recalibrated. Took the dealer sometime to finally get it right after I would drop off the car and they would tell me they counldn't reproduce the issue. I took a day off from work and took one of the service writes out for a joy ride to prove what was happening. Even then they needed to call in a 'specilist' from Nissian as their master tech couldn't figure it out.

The problem does tend to happen when going around a corner more, but also seen just driving in the left lane and in construction zones. Its the pulsating like xeroed said, but it will just turn off on occasion. Im not sure if its worth an entire day to fix, but cant hurt to have them look at it during the next oil change I guess.
