Is it from the rain or is it moisture inside the lens that is causing it to blur?

If you wipe it with some quick detailer or polish it should help to let those drops roll off.

OMG what did we ever do before back up camera's? I strapped a little person to my trunk so whenever the camera get water or anything on it, I push a button that slaps him in the head and he wipes it off. Not the most practical set up but it works.
