Can someone explain to me how I store music to the hard drive in the car??? I just picked my G up yesterday, and by the time we closed the deal, all the manuals and extra key were locked up for the night, so I dont know how it works... I need help because my ipod is already full lol. Thanks in advance

 

You put in a regular audio cd, and the cd drive can rip it to the harddrive.. thats how it works. I prefer ipods over the music box any day.

In the settings for the Music Box you can set it for Automatic Recording which will start copying a CD to the HDD as soon as it's inserted. Otherwise you can also start recording when a CD is playing - you'll see the REC button on the lower left of the screen. Just hit it and the it will start recording the CD to the HDD. The entire CD will be recorded in about the time it takes to listen to 3-4 tracks.
