Help out an XM idiot...

I just got the G in Jan, and I want to do a year subscription and pick up the sirius channels as well as XM nav continuation.

I go to XM site and enter the Radio ID and my zip code and it tells me no records found....

Does Infiniti or XM have to send me something in the mail? How long does it take or should I just call XM (hate holding)...

Thanks in advance!

You're in a better position to haggle for a deal if you talk to a CSR or retentions.
