Windows gone mad

Hey all,

On thursday, after i turned my car off, the passenger window went down 3/4 of the way, when my wife opened the passenger door. I restarted the car, put up her window, turned off car, she opened her door again, and the window again goes down. I then just had her get out of the car, and close the door, I put the window up with car running, turned off the car and exited my side. I come back to the car 5 hours later and the battery is dead.

I get the car jumped, now the window ghost is doing the same thing, but this time on the passenger side. I brought the car in Fri to infiniti, and it happened infront of the tech, he told me he never saw anything like it. However, when he called me later in the afternoon, he said he couldnt find anything wrong with it, but wanted to keep the car till mon afternoon.

Anybody ever hear anything like this?

http://www.infiniti.com/pdf/techpubs...-G37-Coupe.pdf

On page "2-52 Instruments and controls" (pdf page 126 of 416) the "Automatic adjusting function (Coupe)" section talks about resetting the window indexing feature.[/

But seriously how could infiniti not know this? Especially since they bill themselves as the largest dealer in the country. The tech saw it happen when he got my car on Fri morning,(says he took the door apart) still didnt know what the prob was by the end of the day, and told me to leave him the car till Mon afternoon, wtf? Think I should I just tell him what the problem is, or speak to a manager?
