Scrolling through channels on XM

Is there a way to display a list of all the XM channels on the screen and scroll through before selecting one? That's the way it is on my Audi, and its easy to navigate through the stations. The only way I've seen to do it on the G37 is to switch from channel to channel which takes forever to find what you're looking for.

Wow....that seriously blows....its damn near impossible to find what you're looking for unless you have all 250 stations memorized.

Print out the channel list until you familiarize yourself with XM

I guess I'll have to. I've had XM for over 5 years and I'm still not familiar enough to just find a specific station unless its one of the few that I listen to most regularly.

I have another question this time related to nav, so I'll just post it here rather than make a new thread.

So last night I wanted to find an ATM for my bank to deposit a check. I went to the nav and told it to locate ATMs in the area, which it did. It displayed the first 4 out of 100 on the list, but none of those were for my bank. When I tried to scroll down to any others after the first 4 it wouldn't let me, and just kept scrolling back to 1 once I scrolled past 4. I couldn't find a way to switch pages or anything, but it said if found 100 atms in the area. I wanted to keep scrolling until I found one for my bank. Anyone know how to do this?

Were you driving? Cuz I know it does that when your driving as a safety feature. I usually pull over to the side and then use my navi because there isn't enough time in between lights to use it.

Every problem has a solution.

It's the one labeled Navigation Interface.

I've been looking at that. I noticed they have three different models, what's the difference between them? Also, how hard it the install?

The one you want is the top one listed. The other three "tiered" ones are for the older models I believe. As for the install. I guess it depends. It involves removing the control board and soldering onto it. Kevin (guy that builds these) had mentioned doing some sort of swap out (he sends you a board pre-wired for a core charge, and you send back your baord and get the core charge back). Not sure if he ever started that, but worth asking. I'll try to find the link to the install and post it up.....let you decide for yourself.

Edit: Here is the link.
