yes i know it's dishonesty, but some times an apple taste a whole lot better when you pick it from some ones elses side yard vs. buying it in the store.

This didn't work for me cause the lady pulled up that I had the 3-month trial back when I first got my car and that it expired and that if I want a new one now I have to buy up a new subscription. It didn't match up with leasing a new QX56 a few mos. ago at all. I tried to argue it but she kept saying sorry sir but your radio ID matches a prior vehicle with a 3 month trial that was already used and expired.

At the beginning she did ask me for address/ph#/name etc. Was I supposed to BS that? I wonder if they are on to this...?

 

Well I called and pretty much said that I had the 3 mo trial and when that expired I was fooled into the $77/yr offer which I had paid for. Now I find out that my QX56 was entitled to 3yr free WITH nav taffic, I expect a refund and my radio activated for 3yrs per the promotion.

15 mins later after being on hold listening to Christmas carols, my radio is back on with nav traffic and my CC was refunded the $77

 

That's pretty pathetic.
