Which cables do i need to connect my 1st gen iphone to the nav screen to watch videos? It has to be possible right?!? I've done a bunch of different searches here and googled as well and i cannot figure this out! The apple geeks at caesars don't have an answer either!

I've tried the new component and composite cables (r,y,w) and also the g,b,r,y,w and nothing works. i don't see any other cable available.. are they the right cables and i need to reconfigure some settings or something maybe? please help!!

The composite cables that pug into the bottom of the phone not the headphone port should work. Did you make sure the car was in park and parking brake on? thats the only way you can watch video in the G, unless of course you do something we dont speak of around here.
