iphone bluetooth problem

iphone bluetooth problem

i just got my iphone 3G last july and paired it with my g. no problems. upgraded the firmware on the iphone 2 weeks ago. outgoing calls, no prob, but incoming calls, the computer freezes. can't go to radio again. anyone with this problem?

That is odd. I have not heard of anyone having those same issues. Try repairing the phone with the car. If it is persistent, contact the dealer or search for the Nav diagnostics maybe there is a setting where you can restore settings which maybe causing the problem.

yup i have the same exact issue. was just gonna post about it and saw this thread. same iphone 3g with latest firmware. doesn't happen all the time but when it does the call gets stuck at 0:00:01 seconds and can't do anything until you restart the car.. totally blows

Both of you upgraded to 2.1? Did this happen before 2.1? Do you know anyone with an iPhone who still has 2.0 or earlier to see if the problem exists with the old firmware?

i picked up the iphone the same day 2.1 came out, when i got home and was syncing i upgraded the firmware so for me i hadn't tried it before upgrade...

Exacly same problem, i just got my iphone last week all updated already and same thing when someone calls it freezess

deleted it, added it again. it only happened once. have maintenance scheduled with the dealer. i'll ask them about it.

Same problem here. Worked fine when I got the car, but now the screen freezes when answered. Sometimes it picks up and hangs right up them. And when I try to call out it will not work. I have said call in every way and it says it does not recoginize it.

Hopefully they will come out with a firmware patch for the HU Bluetooth... our Nav HU's don't like to work with a lot of Windows Mobile 6.1 phones either.

mine has happened many many times!
keep us updated on if they will fix it or not or if its because of the firmware.
im currently out of the country so ill be back in about a month or so.
