Live TV on nav screen?

Anyone know a mod for watching live TV off of the Nav screen in the G? I've seen a video of a guy who did it but I can't find that video... any info would be sick.

Yes of course, I mean do anyone know of any mod to watch live TV off of the nav screen in the G while parked... not moving... because if it was while moving it would be against forum rules so I mean while parked.

You would simply use a TV tuner...nothing to complicated about hooking that up.

Just make sure that your TV tuner have A/V out in RCA form

They make TV tuners that are flat and stick on your rear window like defroster strips. I know kenwood makes one as an add on to their HUs but i dont know if it could be used individually. Im sure there are companies that make them though. Google is your friend.

You might want to check and make sure it will still work after the Feb. 09' digital thingy. I have a Pioneer tv tuner in my truck that is many years old, but at Pioneer's website the current tuner model has a disclaimer stating that it won't work after the digital switch. So unless they start making tv tuner boxes that have a digital converter in it, which I haven't seen.
