Monitors in headrest

hey it's me again. I haven't taken delivery of a g37 yet but I will soon. I do have one question has anyone had monitors installed in the headrests of their g37? I saw some guy on the long island expressway yesterday at nighttime and he had to monitors on in the back of his headrests and I thought to myself hey what a good idea. not only good for looks but entertainment too. I know these weren't external. you could actually tell they were built into the headrests. so any idea's guys? IMO i think the headrests look too small to hold like 6 or 7 inch monitors

i think you can just buy headrest with monitors already in them with all the install instruction with it and it look stock. My friend did this to his tahoe and he bought headrest with the monitor on it already that look stock and the wires all run through the silver pipe thats connect to the chair. this link is a example http://www.qualitymobilevideo.com/inf-070-08-g37.aspx i dont know anything about this website im just showing a example, plus those prices are way to much anyway. Just check around on ebay headrest monitor you might find something.

If you have kids that will be riding in the back seat it will be good but if you don't then I would say spend the money on some performance parts.

Not to go off topic or anything but I'm actually trying to save some money up for these:

Front:
http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/b...8-p-52513.html

Rear:
http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/b...8-p-52514.html

And for little mods a 5% tint, Led's, and 5000K HIDS, clear bra, and upgraded intake. Other than than I'm not really a heavy modder.

I don't really care for that little tint of yellow in the stock 4300k HID's. 5000K is pure white with a tiny little tint of blue depending on what way your looking at it.

^^May I ask why you will be getting a big break kit if you are not a heavy modder? Don't want to be mean but unless you track or you plan to put ever power to the wheels then a big brake kit might be a waist of money. Either way whatever you do I know it will fit your lifestyle and make sure you post some picks especially if you do the vids in the headrest.

I'm not a heavy modder but I do know how to change brakes myself. When I mean no heavy modding I mean like changing the exhaust or putting different rims. Those are the kind of things I prefer to keep stock. Monitors in a coupe sound dumb yeah but you got to admit they are pretty cool to have lol.

Posts with personal attacks go bye-bye. If you have to call someone names then don't post. We all have different opinions on what to do with a G. We might not all agree with what other people do but that does not mean it is wrong. To each their own.

Now if you look at the OP's question, he is asking if anyone has put monitors in the headrest and NOT what do you think about putting monitors in the headrests. Answer the OP's question if you can. Keep your posts clean and take the bashing post and personal attacks to another forum.
