Yeah I just tried resetting the presets and it started again a few minutes later. I have a service coming up, I will add this to it and get a loaner....score!!

 

Useful post, thanks. I haven't had the problem yet but will keep an eye out for it. Good to know that there is a TSB.

 

wat tha how wierd... this happened to me yesterday too, i tried restarting and it was still the same. i'll try to reset the presets after work!

 

I finally got around to resetting the presets when another one blanked out on me yesterday. I reset them all. It fixed one of them, but the other was still acting up. It took a few tries to get them all to work as they should. I didn't know about the TSB, though. I'll let the guys at the dealer do their thing with it.

Wow this is so funny a few days ago around 8/7 this happened to mine a day after I changed my license plate lights with LEDS thought it was the reason but it seems to be a coincidence then. How is it that everyones G37 has this problem at the same time is it a timed reset from factory?

 

After reading this thread, I tested my presets and I have the same symptoms. Never noticed before since it only happens with A & B and I typically use C which is where I have my sat radio presets.

 

PM whoever has the TSB and I will up load it.

is it just me or did all of us start having this issue more or less at the same time?

 

Maybe some of us have had the issue but didn't realize it until the awareness created by this thread.
