This happened to my friend in his G35; not sure what he did to fix it, I think he brought it to the dealer and they did something with it. There has to be some type of windows setting, because they go down "a little" when you open the door and back up when close it.

^^LOL that is what I thought too but the door would not be locked unless his tight azz jeans held down the button to open the windows then he hit the lock button. Seems weird.

are they all the way down, or just down a little? you try the window reset by putting the windows about 2/3 down then holding the button to roll them up and keep it held for about 5 sec after they are all the way up. It might just be a glitch or something in the windows

actually if you hit the unlock button and do not open the doors, it will automatically lock back up after I think a minute.

dont quote me on the time frame

Hold your window(s) down for 15 seconds, then close them & hold for 15 seconds.

This will reset your windows.

(I have had this happen a couple of times)

Do we do this with the fob or with the window switches inside the car??

May be tight pants...if you hold the unlock down to lower the windows and then wait a minute or so without opening a door it locks the doors...mine does anyway, just tried it.

Ok, this has happened to me once at my work's parking lot. Luckily, I went back out an hour later to move my car to a better parking spot and found both windows rolled half way down!! NO, I DO NOT WEAR TIGHT PANTS!!

Anybody know what the heck actually causes this?? Because it would've sucked if it was raining that day!
