What do I really need for a sub?

I am sorry if this has been coverd before. I just got my box from 4080 and I want to install my JLw6 and 500/1 amp. I have the stock navigation with the premium package. I am leaving everything else stock with the stereo.
I am not going to install it myself, so i wanted to double check with you guys to see what I really need before the shop installing it trys to rip me off by selling a bunch of crap I don't need.

Thank you for your help!

Hi/lo converter, amp kit at a minimum, I think I'm leaving something out though.

Nope.

Sub > Box (Enclosure) > Wiring kit (includes everything) > Install

You can buy a hi/lo but you really don't need it. I used a 500/1 amp and I tapped into the input into the sub amp and it works great. With plenty of volume.
