Where can i get this ?

Where can i find a 20 pin harness / extention / male & female connector that will fit the one shown below ? any hobbiest out there ?

I am determined to make it work without splicing any wires.

Sumitomo NH series Connector

TH40FW-NH
Part# F(6098-5291) Female

Good luck finding one though....I haven't had any luck so far....

No...just did a Google search. Dealership would probably have the Female connector (though you would probably have to buy the whole harness). The other issue is there is no male connector, which makes what he wants to do difficult. If the connector is not keyed in anyway, you might be able to find a molex connector that would work.

Why are you so hesitant to cut the wires? They are just copper, they go right back together. No one is going to void any warranties for simply cutting a wire.

yes. lets keep this thread clean guys. no one talks about hacking nav.
but we all know what the potential for this will be. anyways.

i 'prefer' not to cut the wire, simple. so i guess i will keep looking until i find this sort of connector. can someone run that part number by the dealership's parts department to see if they have it ?

Any luck in finding a vendor for the connector? Here are the manufacturer's spec pages. I contacted them for some samples and am waiting for a response.

For what you are trying to do, you cannot use a connector for that. One of those wires specifically needs to be spliced in 1/2. The connection passing through that wire needs to be broken
