YES, you can do it with "burned cd's" if they are burned in a standard wav format like the store bought ones...
but you can't just upload mp3s directly any way, the music box will convert the wav files into a similair to "MP3" type compressed format.

you gota rip the mp3's into cd format, then burn the cd with those files.
essentially you can really only firt an average of 12-15 songs on a cd using the traditional cd format.

No you can't make an MP3 CD and copy all the songs to the HD, has to .mp3> Music CD > HD.

Yes, HD comes with Nav, has nothing to do with Tech.

I have Navi Package, Premium package etc. but only 1 CD can be inserted. Dealer mentioned 6, and the manual too but only 1 seem to be going in.

Is it because, those with the harddrive get only 1 cd?

With Nav you get 1cd player and 9.3 GB HD that you can record A LOT of CD's too. Its much better than a 6-disc changer IMO.

Agree with you Diamond but the stupid dealer was delusional, he was 100% confident that it comes with Harddisk and 6 slot cd changer.

I did not check, I just thought, probably true.

So you're saying the indash 6 cd changer system does not work with the NAV option? Only 1 disk indash player?

6 disk in dash without Nav package.
1 disk in dash with Nav package. Guessing the HD takes up the extra space. Mine however also came with a 6 disk changer in the trunk (G35S).
