cruise control....

has anyone else noticed this? my cruise control will not allow me to set any speed higher then 91mph... wtf is this about? no i dont have the radar cruise.....

Double check the manual but I seem to remember somone else posting that the max CC is 90 or 91....
Kinda sucks if you are on an open highway all alone....

thats bull****... I always cruise at 100mph when driving long highway distances. 90 is bull****.

I'm surprised it allows you to set it even that high. I would have thought Nissan/Infiniti would have set the max cruise speed on North American cars at about 80 so as to avoid liability when someone sets it higher and goes to sleep at the wheel and kills themself of someone else. You know that the manufacturer will get blamed for allowing drivers to do something dangerous, stupid, and illegal. Is there any state or province that has a higher posted speed limit than 80 mph?

yea i realized this the 3rd day i got my car. I was like is there something wrong with the CC, but apparently i heard this was for some safety issue. I could cruise at any speed i wanted to on my 3 series.
