Get XM cheap after the trial period
My free trial runs out soon so, I made the call.
Got the 77/yr deal, except what only 1 person here has mentioned; there is that nasty 'Royalty Fee' of 11.78.
The rep I spoke with said that all of the prices in the offer letters dont include the additional fees. He pointed out the fine print at the bottom of the paper.
My 77/yr deal really costs 88.78.
I'm fine with it!

Just a note that she mentioned it will auto-renew in 1 year at the "standard" rate, so something to be wary of at that time!
Got it
Just called and subscribed to the deal before my free trial expired. Just went straight in with I want the $77 a year deal' no problem.
However, for those living in Florida...CAUTION...the state charges an 18% tax
on XM radio.
EDIT:
Sorry forgot to send a "Thank You" for the thread.

Same here on 10/5. I just went right in with "I want the $77/yr offer" and she said OK without a pause. You are right the bottom line was actually $88.78 with the music royalty fee though.

It XM Everything correct?
Just an FYI guys...when you get the $77 a year plan and IF they keep your credit card on file, they are suppose to give you a $12.95 credit. The total I paid was $75.83. If they didn't give you the credit, call them back and tell them they forgot the $12.95 credit.
Well, my 3 month trial ran out so now I have to decide what I want to do and have a couple of questions:
Why are they supposed to give you a $12.95 credit? Sounds like if the service automatically renews as part of the deal, then they have to have your credit card on file. How else would they be able to auto-renew?
Another question, does anybody know if the Best of Sirius can be included in the deal, and what is the cost? I got it as part of my 3 month free promo after calling them.
I only want Sirius for Stern & Bubba otherwise it is useless to me. If I want commercial free music I have an IPOD. Whizzes me off that Infiniti doesn't allow us to pick XM or Sirius. I hate being forced to have XM.

if you want them to auto renew and keep your credit card on file ask for the $12.95 credit. If you don't want that, then you don't get the credit and make sure they understand that you do NOT want to be put on auto renew and keep your credit card on file.
