Track forward on Ipod

I did a search and couldn't find anything on this subject. Have any of you noticed that in order to skip forward to the next track while playing an ipod you have to arrow down while using any other feature / function, you arrow up?

Can't say I've noticed this. I'll have to go out and play with it later

On every audio source I've tried so far (radio, MP3 CD, and iPhone), to skip to the next track, I always had to press down. I haven't tried audio CD yet and I don't have Nav so I can't test out the hard drive or CompactFlash.

For XM, I press up to go up a channel. What about you?

If you are talking about going through the presets yes you press down to go to the next channel. If you had it up on you status screen you'll notice pre4set c1 is on top and c2 below and so on. so to go from c1 to c2 and so on you need to hit the down arrow.
