Can anybody confirm if any or all of these phones will download the entire phonebook over BT on the G37? TIA

I couldn't get my Verizon 8830 to load the phone book. It just kept telling me that it failed or couldn't do it. There was no additional information given though. Someone mentioned that Verizon disables the ability to push on its phones. I'm not sure why though. I think it could be a host of reasons why it doesnt work though. Too many numbers, invalid characters, etc...

I basically just use the phone to dial people I want to call, and thats fine for me.

Correct me if I am wrong but the 8830 is Verizon only right? I know they cripple a bunch of stuff, so I dont care about the 8830. I am wondering about the 8800/8320/8100 by TMO/ATT

8300 Curve on AT&T, downloaded my phonebook on the first try in 5 - 10 seconds. I love this feature!

Update: AT&T branded Curve 8310 (w/ GPS) works just fine too.
