Use voice command, it takes like 10 seconds for the entire string of commands. Press the voice button and say "destination street address" and follow her prompts for STATE, CITY, STREET,STREET NUMBER. That's it! Save it after that if you need to.

You may not be in the correct region if you are manually entering the address. From memory (I'm too lazy to go to the car) when you hit "destination" you'll want to tap the region select in the upper left hand corner. From what you're describing, it sounds like you're doing your search with the wrong region selected.

If the address is not in the system, (some new streets are not) find the area on the map, then you can store the location in your address book. I have had a few customers that try and enter their address for home in the system and it wont take it, even though the map shows the street and everything.

Its also **** about apostrophes, dashes etc. My street is Anne's Way, but the postal service shows Annes Way. The car would only recognize it with the apostrophe.

Tks, this is my first car wit navi, so i have no other reference, but overall i think the navi could be more user friendly.
