You can actually create a shortcut on the desktop using the url from the OP. Then just click it, AIM will open and you will automatically join the chatroom.

can't seem to start the chat this morning. maybe something with AIM itself.

^^ I've been idle in there. Yesterday had that problem said "chat session canceled or ignored" or something. Just have to try ina few minutes again
