Do not mean to hijack the thread, I'm interested but for different reasons. My clutch pedal feel is fine, but my clutch pedal rattles sometimes under acceleration. I have a video where you should be able to hear the sound here:
Would or could this assist spring help me? Ever since my slave died and I install the CMAK kit from zspeed, I've had this vibration sound on and off. Sometimes I can just tap the clutch and engage the spring a bit and it will go away.

I can't see much useful detail in the video, but if the pedal is 'floppy' when off the floor, consider adjusting the top switch (which disengages cruise control if active). Of course, you still need a small amount of free play in it to ensure full clutch engagement.

The weaker spring offered changes the pedal feel, but will do nothing to resolve excessive free play. In fact, because it is weaker, it won't do anything for excessive play.

Thanks I'll check what you'said out. The video isn't very useful, it's the audio sound of metal on metal vibration coming from the clutch pedal assembly is what I'm referencing. I can put my foot on the pedal (but not actually engage it or barely engage it) and the rattle stops. It seems like I need some type of plastic spacer or rubber washer somewhere to eliminate the rattle, but I can't identify the source while stopped.

Stick your head down there and look for where the pedal makes contact with the top switch as you modulate it (the pedal) by hand.
