Nice looking Max Zero
Sorry Samuel for totally derailing this thread, hopefully we'll get that last wheel back on the track and it can proceed as it should. I guess that's what happens when you decide to move on

Not even worried about it going off-topic.

I could look at Z's maxima all day. I probably have more pictures of it on my phone/computer than he does. Not a stalker, I promise, hahaha.

Could Zero's 5.5 Gen take your G35? I bet it was close.

He's a better driver than me (ugh), but I think I had him.

He would never line up when we cruised.

Now that you have your own Bimmer posse are you allowed to tell any of them that you still post over here? Or do they even know you once had a G??

I too considered the 335, and the C350 before I bought my G. The 335i has a pretty bad record for reliability even my Bimmer buddies can attest to that. The C350 is a little under powered and looks to much like an old man's car interior wise. I settled with the G because I love the power, the interior, and a N/A engine. With some slight suspension mods it feels like a true drivers car. Congrats with your purchase.

Hahahaha. I was wasting my time with these guys long before getting the 335. We cruised around plenty of times while I had the G. I got a very good look at all of their rear bumpers. That's changed now.

The reliability thing with the 335 is that most people don't do any independent research to source parts. Granted even if you can find cheap/reliable parts, some of the jobs are just too intense to tackle on your own, and I can see how that would scare people away. Yes, things will break. No, you don't need to sell your first born child to get replacement parts.

The C350 has always been a joke to me, and I would rather have a 5.5 Generation Maxima every single time. Literally nothing could persuade me into buying that car.

The only thing I miss about the G is RWD and LSD. That VQ does have a nice roar to it, too. Sigh.

The 335 is ahead in pretty much every other category.

Thanks, buddy. I'm obsessed with the car. I find myself making excuses just to drive it.

"Oh, 15 miles until empty? Let me just drive to the opposite side of town to get gas."

If you're ever looking for a professional performance shop, look up my friend Nick at ACE Performance Tuning. Great guy!

When you own a BMW there are only 2 VERY special days:
The day you get it.
The day you get rid of it.
