My name is Mike...I've been doing quite a bit of tire/wheel research and you seem to be the go to guy. I recently bought my son a 2013 G37x sport coupe. I find info for the AWD version and info for the sport version but little for the Coupe AWD sport. The car has a staggered 225/45/19 front and 245/40/19 rear setup. Literature says it should have a 225/45/19 square setup. The fronts appear to be stretched a bit on the wheel and the rears appear to fit perfect. I have not verified the wheel width. What setup can I put on the car that will work? The current wheels are rashed pretty good and will need to be refinished or replaced, the 225 tires are brand new while the 245s have about 20k miles on them. There are quite a few used setups for sale around me, one in particular has q60 wheels with 265/35/19 rear and 245/40/19 front. I know you like to keep the difference below 1%, these are 1.5 percent. All in all, just looking for some definitive guidance . TIA for any help

hey somebody told me your the man to talk too! manishralh@hotmail.com
so basically i have an 08 g35x. ive been doing some research and i guess it seems alright to get staggered rims on them as long as the overall tire diamater or something is close to 0? so from what i know theres two ways of doing it.. getting two different tires.. front and back. or get the same tire on all four but you''ll be stretching the tires? am i correct? and the look of stretching the tires actually looks pretty attractive to me.. can you give me pros and cons or tell me if i should or should not go with staggered? he said the offsets were +32 and +42 front and back respectively. on 20.9 and 20.10.5 in the back. and ONTOP of all this if you could give me some insight about lowering the car.. i live where snow hits hard. shud i get coilovers so i can move it back and forth in the seasons? or just get a regular hnr sport kit?. any advice will be appreciated boss! thanks

How's the dreaded "drone" everybody talks about on that exhaust? I always had an eye on several Top Speed products. There prices are just great and their build/fab techniques are exactly what the modding & performance threads say to look for on the site. I'm really glad that you have one. You've potentially just saved me between $500-$1500 bucks! They should have a Moderator of the month Award.

    Hello,

I'm fairly new to the site as well as the Infiniti community. I've noticed that you seem to know quiet a bit about wheels and tires. I didn't want to add more unnecessary post to the forums so I figured it would be easier to PM you. have a 2012 G37 with OEM 17" on it. I'm looking to get new wheels and I wanted your input about keeping the stock tires and just getting aftermarket wheels? Will it look goofy?

    Thanks in advance!

Hey man, I was actually going to buy from tread depot 20's. Mind you my car isn't lowered or anything so heres the specs:

20x8.5 245/45/20 in front and 20x10 275/35/20 in back, will this be an alright setup since its not lowered or anything? Just sitting completely stock at this point minus the exhaust and intake systems.
