From my research I didn't think ecutek was available for 08's. Plus I have the g35x. I would be very happy with 290. I'm going to realautodynamics in Long Island.

I'm hoping to make the car feel how it felt when I test drove it. Feels like I lost some power with the mods. Especially when merging on the highway.

It's the low end torque you lose from bolt ons that you are probably noticing. The tune will def help compensate.

So I didn't get tuned today. I went they're and they set the car up on the dynoz they removed the inserts for the aam intake. Then I met Alex the owner. He told me I couldn't get tuned because my upper plenum was cracked. Also my maf senser was loose on the passenger side. So Alex is the nicest guy I've sever came across in a performance shop. He explained that he didn't want to tune it because the results wouldn't be favorable. So I scheduled for next Saturday. That gave me more incentive to order the z1 plenum. I'll have aam ship out another passenenger side pipe. I update on Saturday with the results.

I know Mike.. I wasn't even mad tho. Just the way Alex explained everything made me feel he was trying to help. I have no one to fault but myself for the leaking plenum. Hopefully this z1 will give me even some more ponies!!!

Glad to hear that the owner Alex was an honest guy and not just out to get your money. Much respect for that bro! Also what's the name of this place and where is it? I may be interested as well depending on how much it costs and stuff.

Also Mike I haven't seen you post in the future meet coming up man!? It's the same crew as the last meet with a few more people tagging along as well.

What's up Kenny? I'm gonna check that thread out tonight. Been really busy with my daughter graduating highschool and planning a dinner/party. But the place is called real auto dynamics. It's in Long Island. Took me about 1hr and 15 min to get there. I'll let u know how it goes this Saturday.

Just glad for you they did it that way ,

The Z1 will give you a few more up top but you'll lose the mid range WTRQ, I did a test on these as I had both, I'm not back on the "stock" manifold and have a brand new M370( G35) intake sitting in my basement without the hardware, I'm not sure what I'm doing with it :/ . Can't wait to see what you pull

Alex does right by a lot of people. I'm actually going to be a few minutes away from their shop on Saturday as well. Keep us updated on how things go.

Who bought your ported M370? I want to buy yours, but don't want to lose the top end the Z1 gives.

Did you do a test with your ported one?
