So the WMA2000 does NOT work anymore? Is that what you're saying?

What are these newer adapters that you've found? I have the Naxa-NAB4003, looking for a better solution other that the GROM box, I don't want to give up XM, and I'm am not going FM modulated in any shape or form.

I have a 2012 G37X non-nav. Galaxy S5 running Marshmallow 6.0.1

Music stops when car turns off, restarts quickly when car restarts. I'm impressed with the value.
How come it worked in your 2011 but not his 2010? I'm curious as to what changed.

Doesn't look like the WMA2000 is available anywhere... boo

Can you explain this a little bit better? Did the car not recognize the WMA2000? Or were you unable to pair your phone?

FWIW I am using the WMA1000 bluetooth adapter in my '09 sedan with nav & ipod cable. Have had it for about a year to this date and have not run into any issues ever. I can stream Spotify to the head unit with song info and everything displayed on the screen, as well as change songs through the steering wheel. This is with an iPhone 6, with the latest iOS software update.

When I was doing research people were saying to get the WMA1000 not the WMA2000 or other models for the G37 at least.

The newer G37's have a USB port rather than an iPod cable. I think this is where the issue is with the WMA devices. The WMA2000 did not work in my 2012. I haven't tried the WMA1000. The 1000 requires the old Apple 30 pin cable while the 2000 has the standard usb plug attached.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but wanted to let others know that I just installed this device into my 2013 G37X w/o Nav and it works brilliantly. Two minutes to install and setup, no lag, steering wheel controls work, great quality, and works with music on the phone or streaming. I use Spotify. Also, the car's BT still works, so calls can be taken while listening and the music automatically pauses.

I did a lot of research and found no great options, so I wanted to let others know this might work well for them. Sure its $100, but for how well it works and how little work it is to install and tuck away, its certainly worth it.

The WMA2000? I couldn't get it to work with an iPhone 6. I wonder if it's been updated?

WMA2000 Not working in my 2013 non nav sedan. It just says "reading device" forever. My iPhone (6S) is connected to it though and when I disconnect it from bluetooth it then stops reading the device and says please connect iPod (or whatever the terminology is). Reconnect to it via Bluetooth and it is stuck on reading device again. Also tried with an iPad and got the same results.

Hmmm... seems odd that a piece of hardware designed for iOS would not work with iOS, but does work nearly perfectly with Android 7.0

Sorry to hear its not working well for you. I was just ecstatic to have a solution after so much digging. It was sort of a stab in the dark after I read a post in this thread that someone else had success with it.

I think this is an iOS issue. There has been some talk about newer iPhones/iOS versions not working with even the factory bluetooth system.

Which is weird because my iPhone 6 with the latest iOS update still works with the WMA1000.

Bought it right from their site, since it was not available via Amazon at the time:
