It's about that time again!!! The economy is in the toilet and everyone is unemployed but let's not let a few lemons in life hold us down. It's time for our annual BIG BBQ Bash!!! The BBQ started off as a simple potluck BBQ and has grown to a very anticipated private event. Ok, guys and gals let's get ready for a BBQ that everyone has been waiting for this summer. Lawrence worked really hard to get us a great location for this BBQ. Sorry for the date change but we had to make the move. I hope the date change doesn't affect too many people's schedules. This event is open to G35, G37, 350z, and FXs. We had fun last year and this year it will only get bigger so I will need the help of the G35 community to help get this BBQ started!!! Everyone knows how I throw my BBQ so spread the word. Remember only!!! G35, G37, 350z, and FXs. (1 nissan altima...You know who you are...)

Time: Get there early to get good parking but BBQ starts @ 11:30-12:00 noon

Food: Depends on the sign up list. We are debating on catering it but if it's only 100 people then we will do the BBQ like last year's menu. If it is bigger than 150 cars and people than we will need to cater the event. TBD if catered.

Rules:
I know everyone hates rules but sorry it has to be done. Big events like this one are the hardest to keep alive if people get in trouble and we get kicked out of the park. Remember the speed demon that got caught at the last BBQ?
NO RACING!!! THAT MEANS SHADOW RACING TOO. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CAN'T READ GET A TRANSLATOR OR DON'T COME...Chris Tucker says it best..."Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?"
NO SPEEDING IN PARK!!!
NO LOUD MUSIC
NO REVVING
NO FIGHTING
NO ALCOHOL
NO DRUGS
NO GUNS
DO NOT BRING ANYTHING THAT WILL GET YOU ARRESTED IF YOUR CAR GETS SEARCHED. THIS IS A FEDERAL PARK AND THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SEARCH YOUR VEHICLE AT ANYTIME.
THIS IS A FEDERAL PARK AND IF ANYONE BREAKS THESE RULES THEY WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE PARK WITH A FEDERAL TICKET. THE COMMANDER ALLOWED THIS BBQ AS LONG AS WE ARE ON OUR BEST BEHAVIOR. I KNOW THAT OUR G35 GUYS WILL FOLLOW THE RULES BUT I NEED TOTAL COMPLIANCE FROM THE OTHERS IF NOT YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARK!!!
Money, money, money...This part has always been a nightmare for us to work out with a private event like this without sponsors to help with the bill. Last year's sponsor only gave us free products so fronting the up front BBQ costs were out of my and a few close G35 member's pocket. We barely broke even last year so that being said. It was brought to my attention after the event that there were some free-loaders. So, this year it will be fair.
Since this is a BBQ event and there's food involved and prizes and models. Everyone has to pay to be here. Don't want to eat then please don't sign up. There's too much fees involved for people to come and free load off the people that paid. This is not a company sponsored event. It is a private BBQ that has sponsors to give out free stuff for the community.
PRICE: (funds and name on list needs to be in 2 weeks before the BBQ)
$20 PER PERSON
$10 PER CHILD
This event is going to be a paid in advance event. We cannot afford to cough up a huge upfront bill if a lot of people sign up. We are already at 67 G35 cars and if the FX, G37, 350z guys sign up. It is a huge upfront cost and there's no way we can front that cash and have flakers...So the only way you can commit is to pay in advance. If you don't then we can't let you in. If you do pay in advance and don't show then we will give you your money back. Please sign up and pay ASAP or at least 2 weeks before so we can have a good head count.

LOL!!! You guys are having a BBQ at where I work hahahahaahahah.
Is it going to be inside the base grounds? There are cops constantly on patrol, so I'd highly discourage showboating your exhausts or peeling out in the parking lot.
I'll post once I know for sure if I can make it.
