It's the upper. Z1 ports our stock upper manifold. Motordyne takes one from a G35 or 350Z I think.

I returned the tranny mount to Z1 for a refund. I still have the OEM grill and lower and upper intake plenums though. Both are perfect. I'm surprised no one has bought the lower to port and polish. It's easy science.
