OEM Cats removed from my 2013 G37 Sedan @ 75k miles. No gaskets or hardware included, only what is shown in the images.
Driver side is in good condition. Passenger side will need need a little love from an exhaust shop (welding for flange and partial broken stud). I was able to tighten a nut on the stud, but not much thread to work with.
