Up for sale is my G37 6MT Sport Sedan. Please note the price is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Given the current market, rarity of this specific trim (6MT Sport Sedan), condition, build quality, and extras $19.8k is my sale price.
I don't need to sell the car and have no problem hanging on to it if the right buyer isn't out there. Reason for the sale is thanks to working from home my need for a dual purpose car isn't all that necessary anymore.
I bought the car with the intention of building a great minimalistic GT car that I could use for seat time on track while being low cost, dead reliable, and comfortable. With the right parts, time, research, and execution this car is exactly that. A reliable RWD, manual transmission, four door alternative to the not so reliable and no so affordable German offerings available on the market.
Not to mention with the EV wave already here, these types of cars will just outright not be available moving forward. If you are looking at this car then I'm going to assume you already know how rare it is but the Sport trim gets you, massive Akebono brakes, VLSD differential, sport seats, Nav, and sportier suspension parts just to name a few.

I purchased the car in May of 2020 with roughly 85k miles. Clean CA title with no accidents. I'm the 3rd owner, with the first being from AZ putting 13k miles on it and the second being from CA adding another 68k miles.
The car currently has 94k miles on it, mileage will go up but not by much. Zero rust. Fantastic condition inside and out for a 10 year old car. Clean CA title in hand and the car passed SMOG earlier this year with no issues.
All modifications have been thoroughly researched and selected for quality, practicality, and balance of performance to comfort. All maintenance has either been kept up to date or done proactively and kept record of on a 80 line item spreadsheet.
The major issue's with G37/370z's are the CSC(concentric slave cylinder) failing inside the transmission, erratic clutch engagement due to factory pedal design, gallery gasket failure(2011 and prior models), a plastic heater hose connector, and the rear differential subframe bushing rupturing. All these issues have been remedied or are non-applicable.
The car runs and drives amazingly. She’s nice and smooth when cruising and tightens up when you start pushing into corners. Exterior is in great condition with some expected front bumper rock chips. No dents and all panels/body lines are perfect. Interior is the same, great shape over all with a little bit of trim wear and one wear spot on the steering wheel. As far as track time goes the car has seen 7 beginner/low intermediate track days.
