Like I said, once I have your commitment, I will hold the parts for you.
But I do have people interested in the exhaust and splitter

Sorry, but that's a lowball offer,
If you were to come pick it up, i may consider giving it to you for $1200

Also I wonder if your sub enclosure would fit and still allow the convertible top to fold into the trunk. It looks like it's pretty flush in your car. Hmm...

The only thing you need is some 3M automotive double sided tape.
The rusted screws that fasten the bracket can be taken off, and you can put on a new one.
Just make sure you clean the surface of the car, and the diffuser surface very well. The tape alone should be enough to hold the diffuser on, the bracket is just there for extra security.

It's cool I know Mother's Day can be busy. Just wanted to let you know I'm committed. I placed a sale order on some stocks that should go thru on Monday morning unless the market tanks lol. Should have access to all the $ in a week but I was thinking I'd send you a hundo or maybe two to show you I was truly committed. Thoughts?

Also I have a couple questions nothing major just stuff like how long was the Exhaust on your ride (just guess), and do you anticipate any problems with the diffuser fit on the vert bumper (from the pics you posted it almost seems like they are different bumpers, and some other little questions I can't recall at the moment. Anyway text me when possible on Monday or later if you need to and we can get this deal started and finished ASAP!! Hells yeah.

Looking at the picture, I don't think the diffuser will fit on the convertible...
It would be bad if you bought it and found out the diffuser won't fit...

That's what I'm worried about. But here's my plan. I'm going to try to go back to the hot rod shop that agreed to make the bends at the mufflers to make your exhaust fit my car. While I'm there I'm going to show the head engineer and the boss all the pics you've posted and get their opinions on both exhaust and diffuser. What brand is the diffuser? I may call the company who made it and ask them directly. Either way I think we are good to go on the exhaust. But plz don't count me out on the D until I get a chance to ask the shop. I WANT THEM BOTH. Btw my stock sale DID go thru so I'll have all the cash in the next 4-8 days. Hells yeah.
