Yeah, red, white, blue, green. However, with EL the white does not really look white. It's usually an off white blueish tint.

Yeah, EL white looks like a very cool white, could match the gauge cluster though. I'm not a big fan of blue interior lights.

Also, if I read correctly what you said earlier, the "insert" piece that is in the plastic threshold is the same size for both coupe and sedan front doors?
Previously I had bought OEM Infiniti lighted door sills and they were defective out of the box (flickering LEDs). I'm still interested in lighted door sills......
Edit: if the EL you are providing is the "teal" color, I may be interested. Just need clarification if this works fine on the coupe, maybe a link to a coupe with it?
Yeah, the insert is identical. I have sold these to two coupe owners. They sent me pics a long time ago but I can't find them now it is a tealish color. This is what it looks like in my own car:
I can just sell you them without the sedan plastic parts and you can retrofit it into your coupe sills.
