Anyone here with a widebody?

Here in New York, modded G37's are a dime a dozen. I'm trying to make my car stand out a bit more and make it a little more unique. I considered molding universal fender flares and having custom skirts fabricated but felt the end result would look cheap. Has anyone here done or seen a wide body G37 sedan? The only one I know if is Drew Evan's G37 where he molded a coupe Liberty Walk kit.

Idk about on the forums, as even Drew is inactive on here these days. But I actually follow a guy on IG who just finished his widebody G sedan. The shop that did it is even NY too apparently haha!

Maybe I'm not cool enough to appreciate that widebody, but I think it looks horrible bolted/riveted together. Should be less flared and molded to the body for clean lines.

Yeah, you kids are too young to know about IMSA and original flares. And today's splitters are so cute compared to he-man front ends in IMSA.

Everything has it's time and place. Those might have had a home on Datsuns in the 70's... but not now on Infiniti's.

I dunno. I saw the car in person and honestly think it ruins the clean lines of the car.

And that's not to say I dont like his car, the rest of the car is fantastic and the paint job and attention to detail are amazing.

I'm definitely not a fan of most widebody kits on the G Sedan!

And nothing beats a good IMSA widebody stance!

I like widebodies, but I personally feel like they don't mix well with the G Sedan.

Not typically a fan, but I think this is really done well, and pretty much every aspect of the car has been addressed in a solid manner. I would look back every time I left the car
