Help fast forward Ipod control?

fast forward Ipod control?

I did search, but is there a way to fast forward a song? I listen to alot of live jam band stuff and some intros last a few minutes lol. also, is there a way to control the shuffle from the steering wheel?

The up arrow goes backwards and the down arrow goes forward... just hold it down until you get to where you want.

Don't know about shuffle through the wheel, though.
