The numbers are specifically for G's equipped identically to the OP's. (6MT, Prm, Nav, [sport], spoiler.

They do not include mods, as mods are subjective and the new owner may or may not want them. They also do not factor in color, as color has no impact on the price of a nearly new car.

AB is a beautiful color, but is not for everyone. Hard to find, hard to sell, but when you find that right buyer, they will LOVE it.

Hmmm...interesting numbers. Just curious where you got the KBB values, because the website is clearly higher than what you have stated. I think my previous numbers may have been wrong because I was entering bluetooth, moonroof, premium sound, AND premium, rather than just premium which INCLUDES all that. Not sure what the protocol is there, but even with just adding premium, nav, and spoiler, the private party for excellent is $35,830, and good is $34,030. Excellent TRADE-IN is $33,450, good is $31,750. Retail is $38,830. So however you arrived at them, they are too low except for retail which is too high. Just wanted to clear that up.

KBB values, as a whole, are generally inflated due to their data compilition methods.

That being said, these are "fair" values, as your car IMO, does not meet the "good" or "excellent" standards.

Per KBB (I've highlighted all the criteria that matches your car):

Excellent
* Looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning.
* Never had any paint or body work and is free of rust.
* Clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection.
* Engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects.
* Complete and verifiable service records.

Good
* Free of any major defects.
* Clean title history, the paints, body, and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems.
* Little or no rust on this vehicle.
* Tires match and have substantial tread wear left.
* A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail.

Fair
* Some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition.
* Clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional.
* Tires may need to be replaced.
* There may be some repairable rust damage.

Your car must meet all of the criteria to be in a given condition, not 'most' of them. To be "excellent", you litterally need to have a fresh paint job, or the car needs to be a garage queen and/or show car.

Personally, I think you fall somewhere between Good and Fair using the KBB criteria.

As always, spending the money to repaint the front bumper, fix the wheel curbage, and fresh tires, will add thousands to the value of your car. Appearances (unfortunately) mean a lot, and you wouldn't put up any shots of your car without at least washing it first.

Again, I am merely providing data, and you can use it how you wish. As a trade-in, you'd probably be offered 27k-29k. Do you have a carmax local to you that will do a free appraisal for you?

No thanks, not that desperate. Do you work for them or something? I'm now thinking of getting everything repaired on my own. Just figured the new owner would want handle that to insure it was done to their satisfaction, and have the option to do it or not, since it is purely cosmetic. Some people are less **** and would rather just have a discounted price, which I was willing to negotiate. Of course that willingness goes way down if I'm investing hundreds up front.

For now, I am not getting the chips touched up and my new asking price is $32,900. Have had several PM's but no firm commitments.

Updated the original post with the NEW PRICE of $32K FIRM. If I decide to get the chips repaired, that price will go up accordingly.
