I think its interesting because you don't see glamour shots of a dirty G every day.
Maybe it's just me. The car itself and the photography are awesome - I can only wish I had that kind of mad skillz. Time, care, and effort were taken to find a location and setup lighting. But the fact that it's dirty makes my mind simply wonder "WTF???" I can barely notice the shot or the car and just the dirt. Maybe that's the intent and I am just to slow to get the concept.
The photography is fantastic, but I don't get why you'd photograph a filthy car? Am I just not "with it"? Am I missing something?
Obviously I'd prefer to shoot my car when it's clean, but I just don't have the time or patience to. Wash it one day and it gets dirty the next. My car isn't garaged and there is a damn bird's nest directly over my parking spot at my apartment complex. So as you can imagine, it's difficult to keep the car clean for more than a few hours.
You may be wondering why I would shoot my car dirty at all. I just got all this lighting gear yesterday afternoon and had nothing else to use it on.
