The only way I can do this is for you all to save much is to package and ship all the Systems to one address, since I don't have any control over the shipping rates. I'll do this for what ever the Post Office tells me the rate is, and I'll wave the normal handling charges though it's actually quite a lot to package, etc. for shipping. Someone at your end will have to distribute the packages (which I'm assuming won't be a problem since you all belong to the same club).

The pricing as posted by arjunz on http://g35driver.com/forums/showthre...6&page=2&pp=15 is basically correct as to the number of wires and relative costs. S&H is normally $12 to $14 for shipping that typically takes 6 business days, and $18 to $21 for about 12 business days for each System.

I’d suggest the full 8 or 10 wire Performance Systems since most upgrade to this anyway, and the cost of shipping the extra 2 or 3 wires is about $9.

A quick estimate of shipping costs for 16 Systems to one location is $90 (6 day) and $160 (12 day). Dividing these by 16 gives us about $5.63 / $10 each, on top of the basic cost of the System.

The NY Club did very well since they had one member that used his commercial FedEx account to ship the package, and everyone saved time and shipping costs because of his offer.

As I’ve stated, you’d also get 3 HEPA filters worth $135 at retail, thrown in to distribute as you wish. (EDIT BY D87: Gord is giving 1 filter per every 5 orders for us)

Unfortunately, I don’t take Paypal since they treat non-US accounts differently and offer a very poor exchange rate to CDN dollars which ends up costing me about $10 per transaction which I can’t do unless I charge retail prices (I also don’t have a commercial Paypal account). The easiest for me is for someone to send me a single Money Order or Certified Cashier’s Cheque.

- 7 wire kit for the 5AT is $95
- 6 Wire kit for the 6MT is $85
- The 5AT full performance system with 10 wires is $130
- The 6MT full performance system with 8 wires is $110 (Please specify the 8-Wire 6MT Performance System so he doesn't send you the 7+1 system (8-Wire) for the 5AT by mistake)
- You can add an extra wire to any of these kits which will charge you an extra $10.

For everyone interested in GordGee's Grounding Gear Wires, ok, so it looks like GordGee is willing to ship to one location for someone to distribute. I suggest that anyone within the Bay Area that's interested sign up and let's see if we can get enough people for this.

Looking good guys! What do you say we'll give everyone in the Bay Area until 8/19/05 and then let's put this into action? Does that cut-off date work for everyone? I figure a week is good.

I'm sure he wouldn't mind. The tricky part is figuring out shipping since we'll be having it shipped to one person to distribute, so we're mixing the weight/price of the wires and filters. Let's wait until the middle of this week and then hit up Gord to see what he can do. Keep those sign-ups coming! :D
