Clearly stated in for sale thread was that rears were toast and that the fronts got tread left which they do with very minimal camber wear.
Did NOT have hubrings on and blamed his vibration issues on the small camber wear on the tires which is something i have never heard of.
claims that once he put new tires on the vibrations were gone still without hubrings.

And that is true! I am running the rims with brand new V12 tires and all the high speed vibration, high pitch howling road noise is gone and the low speed howling noise is gone. AND still not running hubrings.
When the front wheels were balanced they were so badly out of balance 4.00oz wont not balance the wheel. You could see the wheel hop! well spinning on the balancing machine and you felt were the camber wear was all bumpy and not smooth and was causing the vibration.
Same rim with new V12 has less than 1.00oz to balance it..... wonder if the tires were garbage?????
The vibration was so bad that you could not driver at highway speed otherwise the car shook so bad.
