Just read the forum. Even the guy that bought the 30gb ipod was completely pissed off. The only reason he kept it cuz it worked. I haven't even recieved mine yet. This guy is a very bad seller. He lied to me several times about how he shipped it and when. He also is calling me a scammer when I have 100% feedback on ebay (g35_sylvia) and many people on this forum can vouch for me. I DID NOT SCAM HIM! I just wanted to buy an ipod. Never got it, so i want my money back. Is that not fair? If anyone is to blame it should be him. Overall bad communication, false description of items, and the 30gb ipod guy told me it was shipped like $hit. so... need i say more?
