paid $40 for a disc that was scratched/damaged when it arrived. the disc did not work due to defects. contacted the seller who promissed to refund money once he got the disc back. sent the disc back (with delivery confirmation) and never heard from seller again. attempted to contact the seller on several occassions over period of 2 weeks about the refund which was promissed, but he never responded. sellers does not respond to PMs or emails.
