Fast shipment, great product, great communication. The only complaint that I have is that I don't feel that great care was taken in the packaging of the product. I don't think that a few sheets of newspaper and 2 thin boxes is very good packaging. For the price I paid I would expect at least some bubble wrap around the brackets to keep them from scratching the bar. But overall still a good transaction.
