Got the package in and the pipes weren't wrapped at all.. The tips are completely scuffed as a result, many scratches on everything. The only packing material was a few pieces of foam that had nothing to keep it from shifting or moving around. The pipes were basically just tossed into a box.
After sending a PM to inquire about this poor packing I waited 5 days. No response. My only option now is to leave a negative mark.
