Which one gives the best performance? Is there another brand that gives the best performance, if so which brand?

ha ha. I wouldn't know what these other ones produced by with Fast intentions we made some great power. The test pipes will produce more power but will be louder and illegal in most states. Berks HFC's are very nice looking and look similar to FI's. I would see what the ratings are though.
I am biased to FI b/c of the fact i have seen their work in person, watched them weld etc but Berks is not bad. Honestly with the 3 you cant go wrong.

i wouldn't go the route of Test Pipes though not in So Cal or any part of Cali. Just hit up the 3 companies, talk to them all and see who treats you the best and which product sounds the best to you. That is what i would do if i was having to choose. or just go to the companies and see their operations.

Berks customer service perfect....

More HP will be the Tests pipes... less restrictions = more HP... but the tone may gain some Raspy sound to it... also you will throw a code and the CEL will glare you in the face.... Unless you get sneaky with the ECU... HFCs are a great compromised in my opinion

EDIT: nm found the site, but no test pipe or high flow cat...

TerribleONE453 Mar 4, 2008 10:11 PM

I hope you know that test pipes are just straight pipes that replace the cats. Performance will be the same no matter who makes them. As for test pipes vs HFC, HFC is a no brainer. The car will still pass emission and inspection and will not throw OBD codes. There is almost no performance difference between good metallic HFC's and test pipes anyway.

Go with BERK HFC'S all the way. I'm looking to pick up a set soon. The polished stainless BERK HFC'S look incredible will definitely run these on my car.
