Hi guys I've been on the forums for a while now and I am very sad/annoyed/frustrated/pissed/crazy right now. I don't know who the hell had the nerves to do such a thing or even why... There has been a group of people hitting up shops and other cars on the streets and they just steal parts. Mostly parts for a Nissan! And guess who was lucky to be chosen by these scumbags?! You got it!





Attention all my New York, New Jersey, Conneticut and Pennsylvania members please be on the look out for anyone selling them. The right sides were curbed due to driving events and just bad roads in new york. I believe the only side that was perfect was the left rear rim. They stole my rims and tires probably around 4-5am today.. The tires I had were brand new! I didn't even get to test them out! They were 255/35/19 fronts and 295/30/19 rears. Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's. Let me know if you guys see something shady online or on the streets!

 

sorry to here that. stealing is the number one thing that pisses me off i hope these huys get caught. good luck with the insurance and everything im sure they will reimburse you.

insurance treated me like ****.
They told me since I've owned my Z for 2 years now that they will not give me money for new rims. They gave me money for remanufactured! I got extremely tight/disappointed...
I called my insurance telling them I want money for brand new ones! Waiting for the call tomorrow.

 

**** that! Demand for new wheels or tell them to go **** them self and find your self a new insurance company.

 

thats absolutely ridiculous! what insurance do you have btw? just to draw awareness to their shenanigans!

 

When and where did you change your tires at? Remember, sometimes theres some shady people who work at shops, I have heard of people having other people follow customers back to their homes and post up a tent.

 

^^Nah this has been going on in NJ and NY for a couple years now. Was mostly G wheels but looks like they have moved on to Z's.

Been there myself and its not a pleasant experience, btw which insurance company do you have thats giving you a hard time?

I had StateFarm and they covered my aftermarket wheels with tires and sensors even though i did not have the extra insurance for AM parts, it was a better deal for them as opposed to stockers which would have been much more expensive.

 

On the plus side, now you can get some nice aftermarket rims...

I would have loved for some1 to have stolen my stockers.

 

sorry to hear about ur loss but this guy's right. they pay u like frickin 5k cash money. that's more than enough to buy some nice wheels and still have leftover to buy used oems

 

That sucks, but you're never gonna find out who stole them.

Look at the bright side--insurance will pay for new wheels and tires and since two of yours were curbed, you'll be better off in the end.

Did you have wheels locks?

 

So i posted in the northeast section not too long ago about waking up to my z on 2 bricks each side under the fender. People took my rims and tires, tires were brand new I posted the exact size and have my receipt from tirerack!
I posted on most nissan/infiniti sites and today since I had time decided to check other forums!

Same tires sizes, says there is curb damage just like mine I'd know if I see it in person and also if it's my rims and tires my tpms won't go off right?! Should I report this dude? He didn't even post pictures!
Help me out by getting a criminal off the streets!
