I need a headcount for the manager at AUTOWEST Infiniti. It will be a good way to get to know the people who work on our cars. They will be getting a performance division in the near future and I'm hoping to be involved in that project. I'm also hoping that I can negotiate a club discount on parts and services. We know that they have discounted business rates. So I'm hoping for the same.

I am anticipating that the event will launch in conjunction with the grand re-opening of the Infiniti dealership.

Hmm thinking about it... still a little disturbed at the price difference for Nissan OEM parts from Autowest.
Having to spend an extra day at the dealership for poor workmanship....(battery issue done twice.)
comment in regards to my TPM's and associated hardware not working unless purchased from Autowest.
My expectations are not above average. But i do require a minimum amount of competency, at this point they are teetering on the edge.
Having said all this Morray Infiniti pointed out there was a major issue with my car because the TPM light was active on the instrument cluster.. maybe its a cluster ****.
put me down so i can voice my concerns directly..lol like sheldon...

thinking of doing my own oilchanges, too much of a pain to drive into the dealership

i had great service/warranty response with my g35 but i've had no luck with seat bubbles, manual tranny noises OR the brake squeal in reverse on my g37. granted i only visited autowest once...

 

i want you to come. get to know the managers and the staff there. one day or another, an infiniti tech will be working on your car. it would be nice to know who that person is. and if they see that we are all connected. it would suck to lose the business of an entire group. imagine being able to trust a mech to work on your car like you trust me to work on your car!!!

using ester oil. getting it done at the dealership. i bring in my own crush washer and k&n oil filter.

it's not a group rant session. more of "get to know the ppl who sell and work on our cars" give me some time. as promised. i will find a fix for the brake squeal and seat issue... at least i hope so.

not a rant ..I too have the seat bubble and the squeeling brakes.. nothing to do with
Autowest more of an Infinity issue.
