is there a reason y it has to be from Canada? cause there's a chit load places to get it from in Cali, ie. Andy from HPAuto and shipping shouldnt be that expensive since Cali is close

 

Of course you can buy it in Canada, might be a bit more expensive, but not always.

OR

Buy from the states. Don't forget your charged duty + tax + the X-rate. You can pay less at the border if the decleration value is lower than the cost, but you run the risk of only being insured for the decleration value if something goes wrong in transit. I would weight the costs and see what works best for you.
