Marker lights wont turn off

Marker lights wont turn off
This just started 2 days ago. I turn the car off, after a few seconds all lights shut off; then my amber marker lights pop back on and wont shut off.
Anyone have any experience on this?
I've had to turn the headlight switch back and forth a few times, then they stay off but every time I start the car, the same thing happens.

^^did you by chance change bulbs recently?maybe not seated properly or something...otherwise, check the bulb for corrosion and also check the signal relay..its strange that both of them are doing this...so maybe the stalk is going bad???just ideas, good luck
