I can't find a lot for the x SEDAN. Only answer if you currently have an AWD lowered or happen to know the info.
Would like to know:
1. type (Eibach, H&R, Tein, ARC, etc)
2. drop (1", 1.3" etc)
3. location/price paid
4. alignment issues
5. thoughts/opinions

What happened?

The sedan forum has broken out in a positive rash of X spring installers.

I was certainly one of them not very long ago...still loving my springs, especially now they have settled in and found a home.

Can't find springs specifically listed for the x.

 

Just springs, excluding coilovers.

 

I went with Eibach. Part # 6399-140. Summit has them. There's even a 10% rebate being offered.




Swift springs part # is 4N907, I believe.

How do you like the hops sway bars??? could you tell me your pros and cons?

 

Yes, I do. Perfect drop for me. Great ride. Very little dive, squat or roll compared to stock. Some of which is also due to the sways and other mods.

I like them very much:

Pros: More precise steering. A lot less body roll. I feel much more confident driving. The feedback is very tactile. Not a super expensive mod.

Cons: It took me 4K miles of ownership before I installed them.

first tried some HRs that were meant for a RWD sedan, no bueno. I'm now on Swifts and my opinion is ehh but maybe I need new struts.

 

How many miles on your struts? I had 9700 when my springs went on so they are still kinda fresh...
